Olayeni Odumosu

Olayeni “Yeni” Odumosu is a Senior Trademark Associate at TMBTQ, where her practice is dedicated exclusively to trademark prosecution, brand enforcement, and portfolio strategy.

 

She provides counsel across the full USPTO lifecycle from clearance and filing to application management and enforcement, offering thoughtful analysis on long-term brand protection.

She earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she founded the Emory Trademark Law Society, hinting at an early marker of her long-standing commitment to trademark law.

After beginning her career in Big Law and developing deep experience managing large-scale trademark portfolios, Yeni has brought her expertise into a more entrepreneurial setting. At TMBTQ, she is able to partner closely with clients, craft tailored trademark strategies, and remain directly engaged in each stage of brand development, protection, and growth.
